Jeff is a Better Athlete Than Melissa!

Oh, the agony of defeat. Poor Melissa. She had to suffer the realization that I (Jeff) am a better athlete than her.

You see, she challenged me to a race. We had been visiting Vashon Island and were waiting for the ferry to get back home. The deal was pretty simple. Just race from one point to an orange cone. It might have been 30-40 yards or so.

Roof Dogs in Vashon

While we were visiting Vashon Island, Melissa’s dogs decided to find their way up onto someone’s roof. We didn’t know how they got up there and it took some effort for Melissa and Michael to get them down.

San Diego Weekend

As you may (or may not) have read on our blog, I had to go to San Diego for work and brought Michelle and Sarah Jo with me! We were able to spend the weekend at Sea World, the San Diego Zoo and Ocean Beach. We had such a blast.

Here’s a video which sums up our weekend in about 10 minutes.

Easter Egg Hunt

Sarah Jo had a blast going on her first Easter egg hunt! In all, there were something like 27 eggs (!), each one had a coin in it (2 or 3 had a dollar bill). I think she made something like 5 bucks. Not bad for a nearly-21-month-old.
